Buying and paying, answered
Everything about how payment in USDT works here, and what happens when something goes wrong. For the longer version, see the guides.
How do I pay for a licence key with USDT?
At checkout you receive a TRON (TRC-20) wallet address and an exact amount. Send that amount from any wallet or exchange, press “I’ve paid”, and the transfer is verified on-chain. In-stock keys are released to your account immediately, usually within a minute.
Why does the payment amount have odd cents on the end?
Every open order is quoted a slightly different figure — for example $24.99 becomes $25.36. Those trailing cents are unique to your order and are how your transfer is matched to it without an invoice number or an account reference. Send the exact figure shown or the order will not settle automatically.
Which network should I use to send USDT?
TRON (TRC-20) only. Sending USDT over Ethereum (ERC-20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) or any other network to a TRON address means the funds are lost, and no one can reverse it. Check the network in your wallet before confirming.
What if I send the wrong amount?
The order will not settle on its own, because the amount is what identifies it. Open a support ticket with your transaction hash and the order number, and it can be settled by hand once the transfer is visible on-chain.
How fast is delivery?
If the item is in stock, the key is released the moment your transfer confirms — typically under a minute. If it is out of stock, it is sourced by hand and delivered to your account with an email, usually within a few hours.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. Keys are delivered into your account and stay there permanently, so you can retrieve them at any time rather than relying on an email that might be lost.
Where do I find my keys after buying?
In your account under Orders. Each key is masked until you choose to reveal it, and can be copied with one click. They remain available indefinitely.
Are there any fees on top of the price?
No. There is no card processing fee and no service charge, because no payment processor sits in the middle. You pay the listed price in USDT, plus whatever network fee your own wallet charges for the transfer.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, where a key does not work and cannot be replaced, where the item was never delivered, or where it differs materially from its description. Refunds are not given for a working key you changed your mind about, or for a key you revealed after buying the wrong item.
