1. Who you are buying from
THE DIGI W is an independent retailer of digital goods. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the companies whose products are listed. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. What you are buying
Each listing describes exactly what is delivered — a licence key, a code, or account access — and for how long. Your use of the underlying product remains governed by that provider’s own terms of service.
3. Payment
Orders are paid in USDT on the TRON network. Each order is quoted a unique amount, valid for a limited window. Sending a different amount, or using a different network, requires manual handling through support and may delay delivery.
4. Delivery
In-stock items are delivered automatically once payment confirms. Out-of-stock items are fulfilled manually. If we cannot deliver, you are refunded in full.
5. Warranty
Where a listing states a warranty period, we will replace a key that stops working within it. If no replacement is available, we refund.
6. Contact
Open a ticket from your account. We answer every ticket.
