Refund policy

Last updated 4 September 2026

Written plainly, because a refund policy that needs interpreting is not a policy. The short version: if we fail to deliver something that works, you get your money back.

You get a refund when

  • The item was never delivered, and we cannot deliver it.
  • A key does not work on arrival and we have no replacement in stock.
  • A key stops working inside its stated warranty period and cannot be replaced — refunded pro rata for the unused time.
  • The product differs materially from what the listing described.
  • You paid for an order we then cancelled for any reason.
  • You paid twice for the same order, or overpaid — the surplus is returned.

You do not get a refund when

  • The key was delivered, worked, and you changed your mind.
  • You bought the wrong product and have already revealed the key. Revealing it is the point of no return, which is why keys stay masked until you choose to show them.
  • The product stopped working because the provider's terms of service were breached — for example a licence used beyond its stated device limit.
  • You sent funds to the wrong address, or on a network other than TRON (TRC-20). Those funds never reached us and we cannot return what we did not receive.
  • You are asking after the stated warranty period has ended.

Statutory rights

Nothing above removes rights the law gives you. Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract — though for digital content delivered immediately, that right is usually waived at the moment you accept delivery and reveal the key. Where a statutory right applies to your purchase, it takes precedence over this policy.

How to request one

  1. 01Open a ticket from your account, or email us if you cannot sign in.
  2. 02Include your order number, and the exact error message or activation code if a key failed.
  3. 03If the request concerns a payment, include the transaction hash — it lets us verify what happened in seconds rather than days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are sent in USDT on the TRON network, to the wallet the payment came from unless you tell us otherwise. We aim to process approved refunds within three working days. The network fee for the return transfer is deducted from the amount, as it is charged by the network rather than by us.

Because cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed by a bank or card issuer, a refund only happens when we send it. That is a real difference from paying by card, and we would rather you understood it before buying than after. If that concerns you, place a small first order and see how we handle it.

If we disagree

Reply to the ticket and say so. Most disputes come from a listing being unclear, and where that is the case the benefit of the doubt is yours — an ambiguous description is our fault, not yours.
